I quit my regular job in March 2009 and have been travelling ever since, making rare stopovers in Mumbai when a broken arm or a diminishing bank balance needs attention. I have travelled around India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and large parts of South East Asia on foot, by bus, by train, by car, by air but never by chance – quitting a regular job for travelling was no drunken decision. My notebooks have always been filled with my scratches and squiggles, and I hope, now that I have taken the time out to relate my travel tales to the world, they provide some interesting reading.
